Sonatine for Unaccompanied Cello was premiered on February 15th, 2009 by the dynamic young cellist Cicely Parnas.  The work is in three movements and brings to the forefront the cello's full potential for registral effects, timbral nuance, virtuosic display and lyrical expression. These elements combime in a work that balances both flash and substance.
